Seeking the public’s assistance

LONDON, ON (May 8th, 2026) – The London Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 10-year-old Nevaeh Vides, of London.

She is described as female, olive skin, approximately 4’5”, 110 lbs with shoulder length dark curly hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing dark blue sweater, red pajama pants with white spots, and white Nike shoes.

She was last seen in the area of Bradley Ave and Jalna Blvd on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at approximately 7:52 p.m.

Family and police are concerned for her welfare.

Anyone with information in relation to the missing person’s whereabouts is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. Information can also be sent in online anonymously to London Middlesex Crime Stoppers.

LONDON, ON (May 7, 2026) – Members of the London Police Service have charged a London man in relation to multiple sexual assaults involving three teenaged girls and believe there may be additional victims.

UPDATE # 2 – LONDON, ON (May 4, 2026) – The male wanted in connection with a shooting on Emerald Road last June, Denis Lee Churchill, 39, was arrested in Vienna late last week by members of the Elgin County OPP, with the assistance of the West Region OPP Emergency Response Team, Tactics and Rescue Unit, Canine Unit and Crisis Negotiators.
