Local Record Search

In order to apply, you will need to fill out the Local Criminal Record Search form. Once you’ve printed and completed the application form, please mail in the following:

• completed form
• photocopy of 2 pieces of valid government issued ID *one must include a photo
• certified cheque or money order made out to “London Police Service” for $50.00

Office hours are currently Monday to Friday 8:00am until 4:00pm.

The cost of the local records check is $74.00.  Please mail in one of the following options made out to London Police Service along with your application.

• Certified cheque
• Money order  

We do not accept cash or provide refunds after commencement of process. 

 Your check can only be delivered to you by mail. We do not offer in person pickup. 

Although we strive to complete requests as soon as possible, at times it can take up to approximately 3-4 weeks for record checks to be processed, depending on our current volume of requests.

We do not have a system in place to process 'rush' requests. We appreciate that everyone would like their check completed as quickly as possible, and we strive to minimize the turnaround time as best we can.
