Seeking the public’s assistance

LONDON, ON (May 21, 2026) – Members of the London Police Service are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying suspects involved in two theft investigations from early last week.

On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at approximately 12:50 p.m., a male and female entered a business in the area of Dundas Street and First Street, where they distracted an employee, concealed items, and left the business without paying.

At approximately 2:30 p.m., the same suspects entered a second business in the area of Dundas Street at Clarence Street, where they again, concealed items and left without paying for them.

Both incidents were reported to the police, and the investigations were reassigned to the LPS Patrol Operations Investigative Section (POIS).

Investigators are including a photograph of the suspects in hopes that the public can assist with identifying them.

 

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to the investigation or who may be able to identify the suspects, to contact investigators.

Anyone with information in relation to this incident is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Information can also be sent in online anonymously to London Middlesex Crime Stoppers.
