FATAL MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION

LONDON, ON (September 22, 2026) – Members of the London Police Service Frontline Division and Road Safety Section are investigating a serious motor vehicle collision that took place yesterday in the city’s northwest end.

On Monday, September 21, 2026, at approximately 8 p.m., emergency crews responded to a collision involving a motorcycle and a motor vehicle in the area of Sarnia Road and Castlegrove Boulevard. Roads in the area were closed while emergency crews were on scene and have since reopened.

The motorcyclist was transported to hospital by paramedic services with critical injuries and has since succumbed to those injuries.

All involved drivers remained on scene.

The investigation has been reassigned to members of the London Police Service Road Safety Section and remains ongoing.  

Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area on Monday, September 21, 2026, between 7:45 p.m. – 8:20 p.m., and may have witnessed the collision, or who has dashcam, residential, or business surveillance footage, to please contact the London Police Service.
