SERIOUS MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION

Investigation ongoing 

UPDATE  - LONDON, ON (August 17, 2026) – Members of the London Police Service Road Safety Section continue to investigate a serious motor vehicle collision from over the weekend.

A female passenger of one of the vehicles was transported to hospital by paramedic services with life-threatening injuries and has since succumbed to those injuries.

Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area on August 14, 2026, between 9:20  and 9:40 p.m. and may have witnessed the collision, or who has dashcam, residential or business surveillance footage, to contact the London Police Service or Crime Stoppers.

The investigation remains ongoing.

LONDON, ON (August 14, 2026) – Members of the London Police Service (LPS) Road Safety Section are investigating a motor vehicle collision that occurred in the city’s east end late this evening.

On Friday, August 14, 2026, at approximately 9:30 p.m., emergency crews responded to a serious motor vehicle collision on Veterans Memorial Pkwy at Bradley Ave involving multiple motor vehicles.

All vehicles involved remained on scene.

Four individuals involved in the collision were transported to hospital with serious life-threatening injuries. 

The intersection is temporarily closed, including Veterans Memorial Pkwy’s exit at highway 401 (From Wilton Grove to Hamilton Road) for accident reconstruction.

The investigation has now been taken over by the LPS Road Safety Section and remains ongoing.

Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area between 9:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. and may have witnessed the collision, or who have dashcam, residential, or business surveillance footage, to please contact us.
