SERIOUS MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION

LONDON, ON (June 1, 2026) – Members of the London Police Service Uniformed Division and Road Safety Section are investigating a serious motor vehicle collision that took place on Sunday in the city’s north end.
On Sunday, May 31, 2026, at approximately 9 p.m., emergency crews responded to a collision involving a motorcycle and a motor vehicle in the area of Hyde Park Road and Sarnia Road. Roads in the area were closed while emergency crews were on scene and have since reopened.
The motorcyclist was transported to hospital by paramedic services with critical injuries. The driver of the motor vehicle was also transported to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
All involved drivers remained on scene.
The investigation has been reassigned to members of the London Police Service Road Safety Section and remains ongoing.
Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area on Sunday, May 31, 2026, between 8:45 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., and may have witnessed the collision, or who has dashcam, residential, or business surveillance footage, to please contact the London Police Service.
