MISSING VULNERABLE PERSON – Harlen Skinn
Seeking the public’s assistance 

LONDON, ON (September 11, 2026) – The London Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Harlen Skinn.

The missing person is described as male, white, approximately 5'9'', with short blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a black and blue baseball cap, blue hoodie with colourful writing, green Nike pants, white and black shoes, and a black backpack. He was last seen on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at approximately 10:00 PM in the Westmount area of London.

Family and police are concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with information in relation to the missing person’s whereabouts is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. Information can also be sent in online anonymously to London Middlesex Crime Stoppers. 

A person can be reported missing at any time. You do not need to wait 24 hours before you report someone missing. If you are concerned for someone’s immediate safety, call 9-1-1.
