STABBING INVESTIGATION
London man wanted

LONDON, ON (August 20, 2026) – A London man is wanted in connection with a stabbing that left another man with life-threatening injuries.

On August 16, 2026, shortly before 4 a.m., London police responded to a reported stabbing in the 400-block of Dundas Street. Officers located an adult male suffering from injuries, including multiple stab wounds. He was transported to hospital by paramedic services with life-threatening injuries.

The investigation was reassigned to members of the LPS Major Crime Section.

Video surveillance was obtained, and investigators identified a suspect male.

As a result of the investigation, Tyler James Lyttle, 40, of London, has not been located, and as a result, has been charged by way of warrant of arrest in relation to the following offences:

·         Aggravated assault, and

·         Fail to comply with probation order

A photograph of the suspect is being shared, in the hope that members of the public can assist police in locating him. Members of the public are reminded not to approach the suspect, and to call 9-1-1 if seen.
