LONDON POLICE SERVICE TO HOST TOW SERVICES RFP INFORMATION SESSION

LONDON POLICE SERVICE TO HOST TOW SERVICES RFP INFORMATION SESSION

LONDON, ON (July 06, 2026) – The London Police Service (LPS) will host an information session for tow service providers interested in participating in an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the provision of towing services.

The session will provide prospective vendors with an overview of the procurement process, including eligibility requirements, submission expectations, timelines, and evaluation criteria. The RFP process is a structured and transparent approach to procurement that supports fair competition and objective decision-making by evaluating proposals based on clearly defined criteria such as experience, methodology, cost, and overall value. It is designed to ensure accountability, reduce risk, and enable the selection of a qualified service provider that best meets organizational needs.

As part of this process, LPS will outline key steps involved in the RFP, including defining service requirements, issuing the proposal document, receiving submissions, and evaluating responses prior to vendor selection.

The London Police Service is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and equitable procurement process and encourages all interested tow service providers to attend.
