ICE UNIT INVESTIGATION 
London man charged

LONDON, ON (September 22, 2026) – A London man was arrested late last week by members of the London Police Service (LPS) Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit in relation to possession of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material (CSAEM).

In March of 2025, LPS members commenced an investigation after the RCMP National Child Exploitation Crime Centre (NCECC) made them aware of information involving a London man.

On Friday, September 18, 2026, a search warrant was executed at a residence near Monsarrat Avenue and Delphi Road.

A suspect male was arrested, and electronic devices were seized. Evidence of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material (CSAEM) was located.

As a result of the investigation, Kole West, 27, of London, has been charged with one count of possess child sexual abuse and exploitation material.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in London court on December 17, 2026, in relation to the charges.

London Police Service is a member of the Provincial Strategy to Protect Children from Sexual Abuse and Exploitation on the Internet. The Strategy has been made possible by a grant from the Ministry of the Solicitor General.
