Three replica firearms seized
LONDON, ON (May 15, 2025) – A London man was arrested over the weekend after pointing a firearm at a man while inside a residence.
On Friday, May 9, three men were inside a home on Irving Place when two of them began arguing with each other. The third man interjected and told them to cease the argument.
Later that same night, the witness to the original argument produced a firearm, described as a rifle, and proceeded to threaten one of the males involved in the earlier argument.
All involved individuals are known to each other.
The following day, police were contacted.
There were no reported injuries.
A number of officers attended the residence, and a suspect male was arrested.
The following items were seized:
- BB gun (Rifle)
- BB gun (Revolver)
- BB gun (Handgun)
As a result of the investigation, Corey Addison Cyrle Huard, 40, of London, has been charged with the following offences:
- Uttering threats of death or bodily harm;
- Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order; and
- Possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon or prohibited device.
The accused is expected to appear in London court on July 31, 2025, in relation to the charges.
