THREE IMPAIRED DRIVERS CHARGED OVERNIGHT
LONDON, ON (August 21, 2025) – Three adult males were arrested and charged with impaired driving within four hours last night.
Between the hours of 9 p.m. – 12:30 a.m., three separate individuals were found to be operating their vehicles while impaired by drugs or alcohol in the city of London.
As a result of the separate investigations, John Edward Clarke, 36, of Lucan, James Dyck, 26, of Ailsa Craig, and Samual Wayne James Barker-Rogers, 36, of London have each been charged with one count of impaired operation of a conveyance.
John Edward Clark has also been charged with fail to comply with demand made by peace officer.
There were no reported injuries or collisions involved in the investigations.
"The decisions you make, and the consequences of your actions extend beyond just yourself," stated Acting Superintendent Dave Pratt of the Uniformed Division. "Choosing to drive impaired endangers you, your family, and our community. Don’t end this summer with a decision that could have lasting negative impacts on you and others."

All three of the accused have upcoming court dates in relation to their charges.
