SUSPICIOUS FIRE

LONDON, ON (May 14, 2024) – Members of the London Police Service Street Crime Unit are investigating a fire that took place early this morning.

At approximately 2 a.m., emergency crews responded to Rathgar Street in relation to a reported structure fire. Upon arrival, an active fire was observed to a detached shed on the property.

Members of the London Fire Department attended and extinguished the fire.

There were no reported injuries. The fire was deemed to be suspicious.

The damage is estimated at approximately $35,000.

The investigation is ongoing.
