SUSPICIOUS FIRE
Investigation ongoing 

LONDON, ON (August 31, 2022) – On Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at approximately 1:40 a.m., emergency crews responded to a working fire at a building on the corner of King and Richmond streets.

The London Fire Department attended and extinguished the fire, located in the 300-block of Richmond Street.

The fire was deemed to be suspicious in nature and the investigation was assigned to members of the LPS Street Crime Unit, with the assistance of the London Fire Department.

There were no reported injuries.

The damage is estimated at approximately $60,000

The investigation is ongoing.
