SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE FIRE

Investigation ongoing             

LONDON, ON (February 24, 2022) – Police are investigating a suspicious fire that took place on Adelaide Street early this morning. 

On Thursday, February 24, 2022, at approximately 3:30 a.m., emergency crews responded to a vehicle on fire in the 400-block of Adelaide Street North. The fire was extinguished by members of the London Fire Department. 

There were no reported injuries. 

The damage is estimated at approximately $5000. 

The fire is suspicious in nature, and has been reassigned to members of the LPS Street Crime Unit. 

Anyone with information in relation to this incident is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Information can also be sent in online anonymously to London Elgin Middlesex Crime Stoppers.
