STABBING INVESTIGATION
Male in hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries  

LONDON, ON (October 10, 2024) – Members of the London Police Service are investigating a stabbing that took place in the west end of the city early this morning.

At approximately 9:15 a.m., emergency crews responded to the area of Oxford Street West and Fiddlers Green Road in relation to a report of a possible stabbing. Upon arrival, a male youth was located with apparent stab wounds. He was transported to hospital by paramedic services with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

Through the course of the investigation, officers learned that the youth was stabbed inside a secondary school in the 1000-block of Oxford Street West earlier this morning by another male.

The investigation is in its early stages, and more information will be shared as appropriate.
