SUSPECT MALE SUFFERED SERIOUS, NON-LIFE-THREATENING INJURIES
Special Investigations Unit investigating 

LONDON, ON (June 2, 2024) – At approximately 4 a.m., on Sunday, June 2, 2024, police responded to a residence on Base Line Road West in relation to a break and enter. 

Prior to police arrival, a suspect male fled from the residence on foot.

Uniformed Division officers, as well as a member of the LPS Canine Unit, attended the area. The Canine Unit member, along with a Police Service Dog (PSD) began to track the suspect on foot, arresting one male suspect.

As a result of the interaction with police, a 29-year-old suspect male sustained serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. The man was transported to hospital by paramedic services.
