SHOOTING INVESTIGATION
Seeking the public’s assistance
LONDON, ON (November 25, 2024) – Police are seeking the public’s assistance after members of the London Police Service Uniformed Division responded to an early morning shooting in the downtown core.
At approximately 3:10 am this morning, police were called to a building in the 200-block of Dundas Street after a security guard located what they believed to be bullet holes in the glass of a building after hearing several loud bangs.
Police responded and located evidence that a firearm had been discharged.
No injuries were reported.
The investigation has been reassigned to the LPS Guns and Gangs Section.
Investigators are asking anyone who may have information in relation to the investigation or may have been in the area of Dundas and Wellington streets between 2:45 a.m. and 3:45 a.m. this morning, who may have dash-cam, residential or business surveillance that could assist with the investigation, to contact the London Police Service.
The investigation remains ongoing, more information will be provided as appropriate.
