SHOOTING INVESTIGATION
Seeking the publics assistance
UPDATE - LONDON, ON (August 25, 2025) – Members of the Major Crime Section have obtained photos of two vehicles involved in last weeks shooting.
Photos of the suspect vehicles have been attached in hopes that the public can help to identify the suspects involved.
Suspect vehicle one is described as a newer model White 4-door Chevrolet Trax.
Suspect vehicle two is described as a newer model Blue/Gray 4-door Nissan Kicks Play.
Investigators continue to appeal to anyone who may information in relation to this investigation, or who may have been in the area of Oxford Street East and Talbot Street who may have dash-cam, residential or business video surveillance, to contact the London Police Service.
The investigation remains ongoing, and more information will be provided as it becomes available.

LONDON, ON (August 22, 2025) – The London Police Service (LPS) is seeking the public’s assistance after members of the LPS Uniformed Division responded to a shooting in the area of Oxford Street East and Talbot Street late this afternoon.
At Approximately 2:45 pm., on August 22, 2025, police received multiple reports of possible gunshots on Piccadilly Street.
Upon arrival, officers located evidence of gunshot-related damage in the area.
There were no reported injuries from this incident and the investigation is ongoing.
The investigation has been reassigned to the LPS Guns and Gangs Section.
The London Police Service remains committed to ensuring public safety and reducing gun violence through proactive crime prevention, fostering community partnerships, and swiftly investigating firearm-related incidents to protect all Londoners.
Investigators are appealing to anyone who may have information in relation to this incident, or who may have been in the area of Oxford Street East and Talbot Street and have dash-cam, residential or business video surveillance, to please contact the London Police Service.
