SEXUAL ASSAULT INVESTIGATION 
Seeking the public’s assistance

LONDON, ON (January 13, 2026) – The London Police is seeking the public’s assistance in relation to a sexual assault reported over the weekend.

On Sunday, January 11, 2026, shortly before 1 p.m., officers responded to the Sifton Bog Environmentally Significant Area (ESA) south-west of Oxford Street West and Hyde Park Road after a 15-year-old female reported a sexual assault.

The suspect is described as male, White, 30 – 40 years of age, stronger build, wearing layered bulky clothing, dark winter coat and dark pants, a Blue Jays toque, and black face covering.

Anyone who was in or around the Sifton Bog ESA on Sunday, January 11, 2026, between 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m., or who has information about the incident, including doorbell, dash-cam or other surveillance video is asked to contact police at (519) 661-5670.
