SEXUAL ASSAULT INVESTIGATION
Investigators believe there are additional victims
LONDON, ON (February 23, 2026) – The London Police Service has charged a London man after he sexually assaulted a man in his care while he was a Personal Support Worker (PSW) at a London hospital.
The suspect is alleged to have sexually assaulted a patient recovering from surgery in September 2025, at Victoria Hospital located at 800 Commissioners Road East. The victim notified staff at the hospital, and police were subsequently contacted. The suspect and victim were not known to each other.
The investigation was reassigned to the LPS Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section, and a suspect male was identified.
On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, the suspect turned himself into London Police Service headquarters.
As a result of the investigation, Marvin Edilberto Ramos, 41, of London, has been charged with one count of sexual assault.

Investigators believe that there may be additional victims, and as such, are releasing a photograph of the accused.
The accused is scheduled to appear in London court on March 26, 2026, in relation to the charge.
