ROBBERY INVESTIGATION
Seeking the public’s assistance
LONDON, ON (July 10, 2024) – Members of the London Police Service Street Crime Unit are investigating a robbery that took place in the west end of the city earlier this week.
On Monday, July 8, 2024, at approximately 5:45 p.m., two males entered a pharmacy in the 500-block of Commissioners Road West. The males approached an employee and asked for assistance with items in a locked display case. The female employee opened the display case, and one of the males covered her mouth and forcibly confined her while the other removed perfume from the shelves.
The two male suspects fled from the store with the stolen property and police were contacted.
There were no reported injuries.
The area was checked with negative results.
The suspects are described as:
- Male, Black, possibly in his late teens, approximately 5’10”, thin build, with a black shirt, black jeans, black toque and long curly black hair.
- Male, tanned skin, possibly in his late teens, approximately 5’10”, thin build, dressed in all black, with a black toque, long dark hair and a black bandana over his face.
