HOME INVASION-STYLE ROBBERY
Investigation ongoing

LONDON, ON (February 7, 2023) – Members of the London Police Service Street Crime Unit are investigating a home invasion-style robbery that took place in the downtown core yesterday afternoon.

On Monday, February 7, 2023, at approximately 2:45 p.m., three suspect males forcefully entered a residence in the 0-100 block of William Street while in possession of weapons. One of the males was observed to be carrying a handgun, while the others were in possession of a baseball bat and a knife.

The suspects attempted to tie the two occupants up, however, were unsuccessful. One of the victims was struck by the baseball bat.

Cash and drugs were stolen from the home and the suspects fled to a nearby vehicle.

Police were contacted.

The victim sustained minor injuries and did not require medical attention.

The suspects were described as:

1 – male, White, approximately 6’2”, slim build, wearing a ski mask and goggles

2 – male, White, approximately 6’0”, slim build

3 – male, White, approximately 6’0”, slim build

The investigation is in its early stages and more information will be provided as it becomes available.
