UPDATE – LONDON, ON (June 3, 2023) – The intersection of Tecumseh Avenue East and Cathcart Street has been re-opened. The London Police would like to thank the public for their patience and cooperation.

ORIGINAL - LONDON, ON (June 3, 2023) – Members of the London Police Service are currently investigating a motor vehicle collision that took place in the neighbourhood of Wortley Village.

Around 3:40 p.m. today, emergency crews responded to the intersection of Tecumseh Avenue East and Cathcart Street for reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and two cars.

An adult male has been transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and is in fair condition. The occupants of the two other vehicles, which included two children, were uninjured.

Emergency crews remain on scene and the intersection of Tecumseh Avenue East and Cathcart Street has been shut down. Police are asking members of the public to avoid the area until further notice.

The investigation is in its early stages and more information will be provided when available.
