MISSING PERSON – (Constance “Connie” HARPER)
Seeking the public’s assistance
LONDON, ON (Jully 19th, 2025) – The London Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 65-year-old Constance “Connie” HARPER, of London.
Connie is described as female, Caucasian, approximately 5’0” in height, with brown eyes, and brown shoulder-length hair.
Connie was last seen in the area of Base Line Road West and Cotswold Gate on the evening of July 17th, 2025 and reported missing on July 19th, 2025. Connie was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater and blue jeans.
Family and police are concerned for her welfare.
Anyone with information in relation to the missing person’s whereabouts is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Information can also be sent in online anonymously to London Middlesex Crime Stoppers.
