MISSING PERSON – Terrence Costigan
Seeking the public’s assistance

LONDON, ON (January 2, 2026) – The London Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 39-year-old Terrence Costigan, of Windsor.

He is described as male, White, medium build, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with purple stripes, light blue jeans, black boots, purple baseball hat, yellow gloves, carrying a blue bag.

Terrence was reported missing on Monday, December 29, 2025, and was last seen in the area of Commissioners Road East and Wellington Road.

Police are concerned for his welfare.
