Seeking the public’s assistance

UPDATE - London, ON (April 22, 2024) - The previously reported 87-year-old missing person has been located and is safe. We would like to thank the public for sharing this information.

LONDON, ON (April 22, 2024) – The London Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 87-year-old of London.

Ida is described as Caucasian, approximately 5-foot-5, shoulder length straight grey hair (half in a ponytail) wearing a red coat, pink shirt, and blue pants. 

Ida was last seen at 3:05 p.m., in the area of Grosvenor Street and Richmond Street.

Family and police are concerned for his/her welfare.

Anyone with information in relation to the missing person’s whereabouts is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Information can also be sent in online anonymously to London Middlesex Crime Stoppers. 

A person can be reported missing at any time. You do not need to wait 24 hours before you report someone missing. If you are concerned for someone’s immediate safety, call 9-1-1.
