LOCATED CHILD
Seeking the public’s assistance
ORIGINAL - LONDON, ON (July 10, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a child located this evening in the east end of the city.
Shortly after 7 p.m. this evening, police received reports of a toddler walking in the area of Oxford Street and McNay Street on his own.
Officers located the child and have not been able to identify the parents.
The child is described as male, light-skin black, approximately 2-3 years old with black braided hair, brown eyes, wearing an orange long sleeve shirt with a cartoon superhero character on the front, brown shorts and no shoes. When police found him, he was uninjured and in good spirits.
To protect the identity of the child and family, police are not sharing a photograph at this time.
Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the parents or guardians.
If anyone is familiar with a child fitting this description living in this area they are asked to contact the London Police Service.
The investigation remains ongoing.
