HIT-AND-RUN INVESTIGATION

LONDON, ON (August 6, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service Road Safety Section are investigating a hit-and-run that took place late last month.
On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at approximately 8:20 a.m., emergency crews responded to a 9-1-1 call in relation to a male laying in the middle of the roadway in the area of Cherryhill Place and Platts Lane.
Officers and paramedics responded and located an adult male suffering from serious injuries.
Paramedic services transported the man to hospital.
No vehicle remained at the scene.
Investigators are appealing to members of the public that may have been in the area of Cherryhill Place between Cherryhill Boulevard and Platts Lane between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, that may have information, dash-cam footage, residential or business video surveillance that could assist with the investigation to contact the London Police Service.
The victim remains in hospital.
The investigation remains ongoing.
