FIREARMS, DRUGS AND STOLEN PROPERTY SEIZED
Three London women arrested, seeking the public’s assistance to locate two outstanding suspects

LONDON, ON (October 28, 2025) – Three London women have been charged while police seek the public’s assistance in locating two London men after a stolen property investigation in the east end of the city last week.

On Friday, October 24, 2025, as the result of an ongoing stolen property investigation, members of the London Police Service Street Crime Unit with the assistance of the LPS Emergency Response Unit executed a search warrant at a residence in the area of Crumlin Sideroad and Trafalgar Street.

The search of the residence led to the following items being seized:

·       Unloaded 40 caliber handgun;

·       Loaded 40 caliber magazine;

·       Unloaded sawed off 22 caliber rifle;

·       Loaded semi-automatic tactical shotgun;

·       2 kilograms of suspected cocaine;

·       Stolen Moto guzzi motorcycle; and,

·       Stolen Kawasaki motorcycle.

As a result of the investigation, Kristy D Ortmanns, 37, Amanda Sickles, 18, and Breeze Cameron, 24, all of London have been arrested and charged with the following offences:

·       Three (3) counts of possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon or prohibited device;

·       Three (3) counts of property obtained by crime over $5000;

·       Three (3) counts of careless storage of a firearm, weapon or prohibited device;

·       Three (3) counts of possess loaded/unloaded regulated firearm;

·       Three (3) counts of possess restricted or prohibited firearm knowingly not holding a license; and,

·       Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.

Richard Kyle Newstead, 44, and Evan Williams, 26, of Stratford, have been jointly charged by way of warrant of arrest as their current whereabouts are unknown for the following charges:

·       Three (3) counts of possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon or prohibited device;

·       Three (3) counts of property obtained by crime over $5000;

·       Three (3) counts of careless storage of a firearm, weapon or prohibited device;

·       Three (3) counts of possess loaded/unloaded regulated firearm;

·       Three (3) counts of possess restricted or prohibited firearm knowingly not holding a license; and,

·       Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.

Evan Williams has been charged with the following additional offences:

·       Three (3) counts of breach of probation;

·       Six (6) counts of possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order; and,

·       Possession of a Schedule I substance.

Breeze Cameron has been charged with the following additional offences:

·       Two (2) counts of fail to comply with a release order; and,

·       Disobeying order of the court.

Investigators have included pictures of the two outstanding suspects in hopes the public can assist with locating them.

Richard Newstead, 44, is described as male, White, 6’1”, approx. 181 lbs, medium build, with brown hair, grey stubble and brown eyes.

Evan Williams, 26, is described as male, White, 6’1”, approx. 300 lbs, heavy build, with brown hair, brown facial hair and green eyes.

Police are reminding the public if seen, not to approach these individuals and to call 9-1-1.

Kristy D Ortmanns, Amanda Sickles, and Breeze Cameron remain in custody.

The investigation remains ongoing.
