London woman arrested

UPDATE - LONDON, ON (May 26, 2025) - A London woman has been charged after the ongoing fire investigation from early yesterday morning in the south end of the city.

As a result of the investigation, Stella Miko, 32, of London has been charged with one count of arson by negligence.

The accused is scheduled to appear in London court on July 9, 2025, in relation to the charge.

LONDON, ON (May 25, 2025) – at approximately 10:10 a.m., members of the London Police Service, London Fire Department, and the Middlesex-London Paramedic Services attended a residential building in the 1500-block of Ernest Avenue in response to an active fire.

The investigation is in its early stages with injuries and damage unknown at this time.

Members of the London Police Service Street Crimes Unit are investigating along with members of the London Fire Department.
