FIRE INVESTIGATION

LONDON, ON (May 12, 2023) – Members of the London Police Service Street Crime Unit are investigating after a fire was reported on Whitney Street last night.

On Thursday, May 11, 2023, at approximately 9:30 p.m., emergency crews responded to a residential building in the 1800-block of Whitney Street in relation to reports of a fire.

Members of the London Fire Department attended and extinguished the fire.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation, and police remain on scene.

The damage estimate is unknown at this time.
