FATAL FIRE INVESTIGATION

LONDON, ON (September 19, 2024) – Members of the London Police Service Major Crime Section, along with the Ontario Fire Marshall’s Office and Chief Coroner, are investigating a fatal fire that took place on Bonaventure Drive earlier today.

On Thursday, September 19, 2024, at approximately 11:25 a.m., emergency crews responded to the 100-block of Bonaventure Drive in relation to a working fire at a residence.

Members of the London Fire Department attended to extinguish the fire.

An individual was located inside the residence deceased.

The investigation is in its early stages and more information will be provided as appropriate.
