BREAK AND ENTER LEADS TO CHARGES
Seeking the public’s assistance in locating wanted man 

LONDON, ON (June 23, 2023) – A London man is facing charges by way of warrant of arrest after an incident in the downtown core last week.

Shortly before 5 a.m., on June 16, 2023, a citizen reported an insecure business in the area of Wellington Road and Horton Street.

Police responded and located damage to the rear door of the business.

Video surveillance was obtained, and through the course of the investigation a male suspect was identified by officers.

As a result of the investigation, Justin Curtis Dempsey, 36, has been charged by way of warrant of arrest for break, enter and theft.

The accused has not been arrested, and as such, we are releasing an image in hopes that members of the public can assist us in locating him.Image of wanted male
