ATTEMPTED ROBBERY
Seeking the public’s assistance
LONDON, ON (December 6, 2022) – Members of the LPS Street Crime Unit are investigating an attempted robbery that took place in the west end of the city yesterday afternoon.
On Monday December 5, 2022, at approximately 2:30 p.m., four suspects attempted to enter a jewelry store located in the 400-block of Wonderland Road South. The males were observed in possession of weapons including a possible handgun and hammer.
The suspects were unable to gain access into the business and fled in a grey sedan.
No injuries were sustained.
The suspects are described as follows:
- Male, Black, 6’0”, 180 lbs, average build, approximately 25-35 years of age, wearing black pants, grey hooded sweatshirt with a blue shirt underneath, white gloves, white facemask, and white winter hat
- Male, Black, 6’0”, 190 lbs, average build, approximately 25-35 years of age, wearing grey track pants, grey hooded sweatshirt, white running shoes, and white gloves with fluorescent palms
- Male, 5’11”, 180 lbs, average build, approximately 25-35 years of age, short black hair, wearing white running shoes, blue jeans, black hooded sweatshirt, dark baseball hat, white gloves, and a facemask
- Male, White, 5’10”, slim-average build and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
The investigation has been reassigned to members of our Street Crime Unit, and is ongoing.
