ASSAULT INVESTIGATION
Seeking the public’s assistance

LONDON, ON (December 13, 2023) – Members of the London Police Service Uniformed Division are requesting the public’s assistance to help identify a suspect in an assault that occurred on October 28, 2023, in the city’s downtown core.

On Tuesday, November 7, 2023, police were called in relation to an assault which took place on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at approximately 2:30 a.m., at a business in the area of Piccadilly and Talbot streets.

Police learned the victim in the matter sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and attended the hospital on their own after the assault occurred.

They have since been released from hospital.

Police were provided with a picture and description of the suspect but have not been able to identify him.

The suspect is described as male, White, slim build, 5’6” to 5’7” with dark brown or black hair. The male was wearing a New York Yankee’s jersey, dark coloured baseball hat with a pair of ski googles sitting on top of the hat.

Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the individual involved.
