LONDON, ON (October 4, 2022) – Members of the London Police Service are seeking the public’s assistance in relation to a hate motivated assault investigation in the north end.

On September 26, 2022, at approximately 1:30 p.m., a woman entered into a business in the area of Fanshawe Park Road West and Hyde Park Road and was greeted by an employee. The woman proceeded to make racial comments and spat at the employee, before being escorted off the property.

Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a woman believed to be involved. She is described as Caucasian female, approximately 50 years of age, shoulder length blonde hair, and thick framed glasses. A photo has been attached of the suspect.

The investigation is ongoing, and investigators are asking anyone who may recognize the woman or who have any information to please contact police.
