MISSING PERSON – LOCATED
Seeking the public’s assistance

#UPDATE - LONDON, ON (March 9, 2024) – A previously reported missing 16-year-old London male has been located and is safe. We would like to thank the public for sharing the information. #LOCATED

LONDON, ON (March 8, 2024) – The London Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old James Betterley of London.

James is described as male, Caucasian, 5’9”, 135 lbs with brown hair.  He was last seen wearing a tan baseball cap, black cargo pants and grey hooded sweater. James is believed to be riding a green/black BMX style bicycle.

James was reported missing on today’s date and was last seen in the area of Gough Avenue at Sunningdale Road East around 4:00 p.m.

Family and police are concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with information in relation to the missing person’s whereabouts is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Information can also be sent in online anonymously to London Middlesex Crime Stoppers.
