Road closure for serious motor vehicle collision

UPDATE # 1 – LONDON, ON (June 13, 2023) – Highbury Ave N at Huron Street is now open in all directions. 

LONDON, ON (June 13, 2023) – Members of the London Police Service Unformed Division and Traffic Management Unit are on scene of a serious motor vehicle collision. 

On June 12, 2023 at approximately 10:50 p.m., emergency crews responded to a report of a collision involving a pedestrian at the intersection of Highbury Ave N at Huron Street. 

The pedestrian was transported to hospital by Paramedic Services with life-threatening injuries.

Highbury Ave N at Huron Street is currently closed in all directions.

The investigation has been reassigned to members of the Traffic Management Unit and is ongoing. 

We are asking drivers to remain out of the area.
