WEAPONS INVESTIGATION
Pellet gun recovered

LONDON, ON (April 19, 2023) – Police conducted a weapons investigation near Dundas Street and Wavell Street after reports of gunshots in the area.

At approximately 4:15 p.m., police were contacted regarding possible gunshots damaging a business. Officers responded and located the damage, which appeared consistent with the initial information received.

Dundas Street was closed between Wavell Street and Speight Boulevard for nearly two hours while a weapons investigation took place. It was determined that the damage was caused by a pellet gun.

All streets have now been reopened, and the investigation is continuing. At this time, no arrests have been made in connection with this incident.

There were no reported injuries, and police recovered a pellet gun.
