Fatal Motor Vehicle Collision

LONDON, ON (March 26, 2023) – Members of the London Police Service are currently investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision that took place this evening in the south-end of the City.

Shortly after 5:30 p.m. emergency crews responded to the area of Hamilton Road and Commissioners Road East, involving a single motor vehicle. Upon arrival at scene police located two parties with serious injuries as a result of the incident.

One person was pronounced deceased at the scene, and a second party was transported to hospital by paramedic services with serious injuries.

Members of the Traffic Management Unit are on scene and continuing to investigate this matter.

Hamilton Road is still open in both directions; however police are asking that members of the public avoid the area until further notice.
