Cadet Application Package

Your application package must contain these documents in the order listed. Scan all of your documents together as one PDF file.

1. Completed London Police Service Application Form, Waiver & Voluntary Survey
2. Cover Letter and Resume including your employment, education and volunteer involvement. Address it to:

3. A Character Reference letter from someone who knows you well. This should be a person who can speak about your honesty and integrity. The best reference is a long term best friend.  
4. Copies of all Transcripts and Diplomas for both high school and post-secondary school
5. Copy of a current OACP Certificate if you possess one. (It is an asset but not a requirement at this stage
6. Cadet Applicants that do not have an OACP Certificate (optional), must provide proof of meeting minimum vision and hearing requirements.  You can download the required forms on the OACP Certificate Testing page.
7. A Copy of Standard First Aid and CPR (Level C) Certificate
8. Copy of driver's licence and birth certificate. All numbers must be legible from a computer screen. If you are born outside of Canada, submit Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident documentation. These documents must show your date of birth. A passport and "Statement of live birth" are not accepted
9. Copies of any other relevant certificates
