THREE IMPAIRED DRIVERS CHARGED OVER THE WEEKEND

LONDON, ON (March 16, 2026) – London Police Service Uniformed Division and Road Safety Section arrested three people over the weekend for impaired driving related charges.

Between Friday, March 13, 2026, and Sunday, March 15, 2026, the London Police Service Uniform Division and Road Safety Section located and arrested three impaired drivers, two of whom were located prior to any call being placed to emergency services.

As a result of an investigation on Friday March 13, 2026, Saul Eduardo Samayoa Aguilar, 28, of London has been charged with the following offence:

  • Impaired exceed blood alcohol concentration

As a result of an investigation on Saturday, March 14, 2026, Jackie M. Sinclair, 58, of London has been charged with the following offences:

  • Impaired operation 
  • Impaired exceed blood alcohol concentration

As a result of an investigation on Sunday, March 15, 2026, Connor Brian Stewart, 33, of London has been charged with the following offences:

  • Impaired operation
  • Impaired exceed blood alcohol concentration
  • Drive while suspended
  • Driver fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle
  • Fail to surrender licence
  • No insurance- owner driving
  • Fail to surrender insurance card

There were no reported injuries, and all three  accused are scheduled to appear in London court on April 30, 2026.

To ensure everyone's safety, always plan for a safe way home by using a designated driver, taxi, public transportation or rideshare service.
