SERIOUS MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION
Investigation ongoing 

LONDON, ON (January 23, 2026) – Members of the London Police Service Uniformed Division and Road Safety Section are investigating a serious motor vehicle collision that took place this morning in the east end of the city.

On Friday, January 23, 2026, at approximately 6:10 a.m., emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a female pedestrian in 2000-block of Dundas Street.

The pedestrian was transported to hospital by paramedic services with serious injuries. 

The involved driver remained on scene. 

The investigation has been reassigned to members of the London Police Service Road Safety Section and is ongoing.  

Dundas Street is currently closed between Wavell Street and Speight Boulevard while police remain on scene.

Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area between 6 – 6:15 a.m., and may have witnessed the collision, or who has dashcam, residential, or business surveillance footage, to please contact us.
