SERIOUS MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION 
Pedestrian in hospital with critical injuries

LONDON, ON (October 15, 2025) Members of the London Police Service (LPS) Road Safety Section are investigating a serious motor vehicle collision that took place in the east end of the city yesterday evening.

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at approximately 8:30 p.m., police responded to reports that a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle in the area of Dundas and Vancouver streets. Additional information suggested that the pedestrian was observed walking a bicycle at the time of the collision.

Officers arrived and located an adult male with critical injuries. The male was transported to hospital by paramedic services.

The vehicle and driver remained at the scene.

Surrounding roadways were closed for a period of time while members of the LPS Road Safety Section collected evidence.

Investigators are asking anyone who may have information in relation to this investigation or may have been in the area between 8:20 – 8:35 p.m. with business, residential or dash-cam video footage that could assist with the investigation to contact the police.

The investigation is in its early stages.
