FATAL MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION

UPDATE - LONDON, ON (October 27, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service (LPS) Road Safety Section have charged a London man in relation to the serious motor vehicle collision that has turned fatal that took place over the weekend.
A passenger in one of the vehicle’s, a 22-year-old adult male that was transported to hospital by paramedic services with serious-life-threatening injuries has succumbed to his injuries.
As a result of the ongoing investigation, Peter George James Caron, 41, of London, has been charged with the following offences:
· Dangerous operation causing death;
· Dangerous operation causing bodily harm;
· Impaired operation causing death;
· Impaired operation causing bodily harm;
· Operation while prohibited;
· Driving while under suspension;
· Driver fail to wear seatbelt; and,
· Unsealed container of liquor.
The accused remains in custody and appeared in London court on Saturday, October 25, 2025, and is expected to reappear in London court today in relation to the charges.
Investigators urge anyone who was in the area of Trafalgar Street and Condor Court between 3:20 a.m. and 3:40 a.m., on Saturday, October 25, 2025, who may have witnessed the collision, or have dashcam, residential or business surveillance footage to call the London Police Service.

LONDON, ON (October 25, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service (LPS) Road Safety Section are investigating a motor vehicle collision that occurred in the city’s east end early this morning.
On Saturday, October 25, 2025, at approximately 3:30 a.m., emergency crews responded to a serious motor vehicle collision on Trafalgar Street at Condor Court involving two motor vehicles.
There are eight individuals involved in the collision, three transported to hospital with serious life-threatening injuries, four transported to hospital with minor injuries and one uninjured.
All vehicles involved remained on scene.
The intersection is temporarily closed as investigators process the area and collect evidence.
The investigation has now been taken over by the LPS Road Safety Section and remains ongoing.
Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area between 3:20 am – 3:40 a.m. and may have witnessed the collision, or who have dashcam, residential, or business surveillance footage, to please contact us.
