INDECENT ACT INVESTIGATION – WANTED MAN
Public safety warning
LONDON, ON (October 31, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service are issuing a public safety warning in relation to a man wanted for criminal harassment and an indecent act.
On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at approximately 3 p.m., a woman was seated on a bus, on her way from Toronto to London, when an unknown man sat down in the seat directly across the aisle from her. He introduced himself to her, identifying himself as “Brandon”.
The man engaged in conversation with the woman. He asked if he could borrow her cellphone, advising her that his phone was broken. The man began communicating with the woman through messages on her cellular phone, providing her with his contact information in the messages. The man proceeded to make sexual comments towards the female and exposed himself.
The unwanted communication continued throughout the ride and the woman exited the bus in London where she reported the incident to the London Police Service.
The investigation was reassigned to members of the LPS Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section.
The suspect male was positively identified.

As a result of the investigation, Brandonn Sevilla-Zelaya, 28, of London, has not been located, and as such, is being charged by way of warrant of arrest with the following charges:
· Indecent act; and
· Criminal harassment.
Police are sharing a photograph of the accused, appealing to members of the public to assist in locating him.
