MISSING VULNERABLE PERSON – Tobias Justice Stigge
Seeking the public’s assistance
LONDON, ON (January 23, 2026) – The London Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Tobias Stigge, of London.
The missing person is described as a male, White, approximately 5’8”, 100 lbs., with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, Blue Jays ball cap, black pants with two white stripes down the sides and running shoes.

The missing person was last seen at 1 a.m., this morning, in the area of Commissioners Road East and Upper Queen Street, and was reported missing at approximately 8 a.m. He is known to frequent the downtown area and south-end shopping centre.
Family and police are concerned for the missing person’s welfare.
Anyone with information in relation to the missing person’s whereabouts is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. Information can also be sent in online anonymously to London Middlesex Crime Stoppers.
