FLIGHT FROM POLICE AND ROBBERY INVESTIGATIONS 
London woman arrested, wanted man outstanding

LONDON, ON (December 16, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted man in relation to a flight from police and robbery investigations.

On Tuesday, November 12, 2025, a member of the Road Safety Section observed a vehicle that had previously fled from police stopped at a red light in the area of Trafalgar Street and Railton Avenue.

When the officer attempted to stop the vehicle, it fled from police at a high rate of speed. Officers did not pursue it.

Through the ongoing investigation, the driver was identified as Jonathan Vink, 35, of London.

Efforts to locate the suspect male were unsuccessful and as a result of the investigation, Jonathan Vink, 35, of London, was charged by way of warrant of arrest for the following offences as his whereabouts are unknown.

·       Fail to stop for police/pursuit;

·       Dangerous operation;

·       Race a motor vehicle; and,

·       Drive while under suspension.

On Wednesday, December 2, 2025, at approximately 5 p.m., members of the London Police Service responded to a robbery in the north end of the city.

Police learned that a man and woman entered a business in the area of Fanshawe Park Road West and Hyde Park Road. Once inside the business the man and woman removed products from there packaging and concealed them inside of a bag.

The man and woman paid for some items before attempting to leave the store without paying for the concealed items when they were approached by security.

The man became aggressive and hit the security officer with the shopping cart before getting into a vehicle and fleeing the area.

Security officers arrested the female and recovered the stolen items.

During a search of the female, police located and seized a quantity of drugs on her.

Officers were not able to locate the vehicle or suspect male.

As a result of the investigation, Christina Constantinou, 52, of London was charged with the following offences:

·       Robbery with violence or threats; and,

·       Possession of a schedule I substance.

The investigation was reassigned to the Patrol Operations Investigation Section who reviewed video surveillance and confirmed the suspect male was Jonathan Vink, 35, of London.

As a result of the ongoing investigation, Jonathan Vink, 35, of London, has been charged with one count of robbery with violence or threats by way of warrant of arrest as his whereabouts are still unknown.

Police are now seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jonathan Vink, 35, of London, on his outstanding charges and have included a photo of him in hopes of locating him.

He is described as male, White, approximately 6’0”, 260 lbs, with brown hair, brown eyes and a brown moustache and beard. He has a star tattoo under his right eye; tear drop tattoos under his left eye and a large tattoo on the right side of his neck.
