LONDON, ON (December 4, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service (LPS) continue to investigate a fire that occurred this week at a residence in the city’s downtown core.
On Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at approximately 11:40 p.m., emergency services responded to a fire at a residence in the area of the Richmond and Cheapside streets.
On arrival police located six people with injuries as a result of the fire.
Paramedic services transported five adult females to hospital with injuries varying from minor to serious in nature.
One adult male was attended to by paramedics at the scene with minor injuries and was not required to be transported to hospital.
Two of the females remain in hospital.
The investigation has been reassigned to the LPS Patrol Operations Investigative Section and remains ongoing.
Investigators are asking anyone that may have information in relation to this investigation or that may have been injured but left before emergency services arrived to contact the London Police Service.
